Join the City of Van Horne in this annual event! Enjoy a housewalk, soup supper, Christmas music, children’s activities, and MORE! Please find a list of events below.

4:00pm – 6:00pm

Housewalk ($12/ticket) — Tickets can be purchased at Chelsea Savings Bank, Cornerstone Apothecary, Van Horne Telephone Company or on the day of the event beginning at 3:30pm at the Community Center. Maps for the house will also be available at the Community Center.

5:00pm – 7:00pm (All of the following events will be taking place at the Community Center)

Soup Supper (Free will donation)
Christmas Music
Children’s Activities with a Frozen Theme
Cookie Sale (Free will donation)

*Van Horne will once again be decorating a community tree this year. If you didn’t get a chance to add a decoration last year, or want to update your family’s ornament, pick up a Christmas ornament at carious locations in town, take it home and decorate it! Once the ornament is completed, it can be dropped off at one of the locations listed or brought to the Light Up Van Horne event on the 13th. These decorations are FREE and very easy to decorate using magic markers, paint, glitter, etc. Businesses with ornaments to pick up or to drop off: Chelsea Savings Bank, Van Horne Community Library, Cornerstone Apothecary.

All proceeds go toward the new electronic town sign and Legion Memorial.
